CAHPS III: Improving Performance of the Indian Health Care System using CAHPS as a Measurement Tool

Sundance Research Institute is assisting the Yale/Harvard University CAHPS III team to recruit Tribes and the Indian Health Service to participate in a study that will administer the CAHPS patient satisfaction survey to IHS patients, analyze and report on areas for performance improvement, and provide technical assistance to support specific performance improvement activities.
