Because our work involves helping individuals
from different populations, applicants must be comfortable
working cross-culturally.
SOCIOLOGIST
Applicants must have strong relationship skills with a solid
understanding of working with vulnerable populations.
Strong writing skills required.
Bachelors degree in sociology required;
Experience in rural and/or health care research desirable.
Case work experience a plus.
CLINICIAN
3-5 years of experience in a hospital or clinic environment.
Nursing or similar degree required. Strong client relations
and writing skills desired.
HEALTH SERVICES
3-5 years of experience working in public health. Masters
degree in Public Health (MPH) required. Strong client relations
and writing skills desired.
ECONOMIST
3-5 years of experience in health economics,
health care financing, health disparities research or rural
economic development areas desirable. Strong client relations and
writing skills desired. Masters degree in economics or
statistics and experience with statistical software packages
such as SAS required.
