Evaluation of Culturally-Tailored Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services

This two-year project is being conducted for With Eagles Wings, a non-profit mental health and substance abuse organization, under a State of Wyoming/Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration grant.

Evaluation of the program includes assessing the organizational and operational processes, number and growth in services provided, administration and analysis of a survey of client experiences and satisfaction with services, development and conduct of a survey to assess community members’ needs for services, and an assessment of sustainability of the program and recommendations for operational and other changes that would strengthen financial sustainability.
